Coach Wright

Coach Wright is a well established coach in the N.C. triad area. A defense minded coach with all-around football knowledge.

Coach was an elite linebacker during his youth football playing days all the way to college. After graduating college, Coach Wright started his football coaching career on the high school level.

Within his 13 years coaching at different high schools in the triad area, Coach Wright produce many All-conference players, Players of the year, Oasis East-West All-Star players and many more accomplishments. Coach also help High Point Andrews win their 2013 football championship.

As a High School coach I notice that a lot of our incoming freshmen did not have a proper football foundation. When I say football foundation, I'm talking about learning the basic football techniques needed to be successful on the football field.

These are just a handful of missing techniques that more then half of our incoming freshman are missing. As a high school coach we have to work twice as hard to make up for the lack of football foundation before we can install our system of football.

Players that enter into a football program with a good football foundation tends to learn the high school level football techniques a lot smoother and easier then the players with lack of a football foundation.

WFA is dedicated to teaching each student in our program the proper football foundation needed for them to be successful on and off the football field.
